All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement and Copyright Notice and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark. By purchasing and using THEHIREROAD PRODUCTS YOU ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS USER AGREEMENT. 4. Your use of TheHireRoad products are at your own risk. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THEHIREROAD AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND LICENSORS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THEREON.

5. This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to TheHireRoad products shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of The State of California.

You acknowledge, consent and agree that TheHireRoad preserve and disclose your account information and materials if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms of Use, (c) respond to claims that any Materials violate the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property or personal safety of About, its users and the public.
