TheHireRoad Resume Bank contains private data supplied by members who are using TheHireRoad services and are sponsored by their former employer for a fixed amount of time or paying monthly dues for their membership.

The only proper uses of TheHireRoad Resume Bank is for the exchange of information about legitimate employment opportunities, and voluntary candidate-to-candidate networking. The extraction of candidates contact or work history information for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
TheHireRoad Resume Bank must never be used for sales or marketing solicitations. TheHireRoad Resume Bank cannot be used to promote or advertise investment or pure commission opportunities, partnerships, or the sale of financial planning services.

Communication about anything that could result in fees for TheHireRoad members is also prohibited.
TheHireRoad Resume Bank data may not be extracted by automated means ("wrapping"); and databases may not be used for email list compilation, phone call lists, or other mass/junk mail processes.

Access codes for resume viewing and job lead posting are issued and owned by TheHireRoad and will be revoked if misused. Access codes are issued to individuals, are not transferable and will be disabled if unused for more than 120 days.

Hiring sources are welcome to contact and place TheHireRoad members using the contact information provided on each resume record. TheHireRoad members are invited to respond to posted job leads using the instructions and contact information submitted with each lead.

TheHireRoad members acknowledge that TheHireRoad is unable to review all job postings and members must use caution in providing information in response to postings. Clients, customers and members expressly release TheHireRoad from any liability emanating from a contact of an entity which posted a position on the system or posted information of any type whatsoever on the system.
